Alma Diaconu was born in Timișoara in 1998. In 2018 she graduated from the Freie Waldorfschule in Bonn, Germany. She studied acting at the Faculty of Theatre and Film, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj, and graduated from the class led by Ionuț Caras and Mara Opriș.
Since 2022 she has been a member of the ensemble of the German State Theatre Timisoara, where she made her debut as Anja in A.P. Chekhov's Cherry Orchard, directed by Volker Schmidt.
She also plays in: Tschick. Why We Took the Car by Wolfgang Herrndorf as Isa; A Midsummer Night's Dream after William Shakespeare as Peach Blossom; Lysistrata 3.0 after Aristophanes as Thesmophoria; The Theatre by Pascal Rambert as Ava; The Dragon by Yevgeny Schwarz as The Cat.
