Finished the William Shakespeare Grammar School in Timişoara in 1996. Between 1996 and 1999 she attended courses at the German-Englsih department of the translator's college of the University of Technology Timişoara. Since 2004 she studies at  the acting at the German section for acting at the Music department of the West University Timişoara.

In 2005 she performed in the student production of Eugen Ioneso's The Bald Soprano (stage direction: Sütő Udvari András) on several occasions in Timişoara and Austria. Between 1994 and 2004 she was an active member of the student theatre group "Thespis" where she performed in many productions and also directed and adapted 101 Metri Garduri (101 Hurdling) for the stage. In 2005 she became a co-founder of the Timişoara Off-theatre "Auăleu – Teatru de Garaj şi Curte",where she appeared as a performer since then.

Since 2004 she can be regularly seen on the stage of the German State Theatre Timişoara. She participated in many tours of the theatre in Romania and abroad. Christine Cismaş can be seen in the following roles:
